About Monika
Monika was born and educated in Europe (Poland). After immigrating to the United
States, she first lived in New York City, then Tampa, Florida, then
Princeton, New Jersey and finally, Raleigh, North Carolina where she moved
in 1993.
Monika is a Realtor and a Broker with over 12 years of experience in real
estate. She is a Relocation Specialist for customers from around the country
and all over the world. She achieved several professional designations:
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative
CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist
E-PRO 500 - Internet Real Estate Specialist
(in the group of the first 500 agents in
the USA achieving this designation)
RECS - Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist
Monika's interest in International Real Estate qualified her to be appointed
to the International Operations Committee of National Association of
Realtors (NAR) and an honorary appointment of
NAR's Director for Poland. She held both positions from 1998-2000 and
recently chaired International Council of Raleigh/Wake Board of Realtors in 2003.
Monika speaks fluent English and Polish and has knowledge of French and
Russian.
Monika is an accomplished bridge and tennis player,
enjoys kick-boxing, walking and boating.
She loves literature, films, theater, travelling
and shopping(!).
